Lifeguard

Arlington Public Schools Aquatics Department has the perfect position!

Lifeguards under general supervision, ensures the safety of patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. 

We are currently looking for lifeguards with current lifeguard and CPR certifications. We offer early morning to afternoons and evening shifts.

• Looking for Monday - Friday & weekend shifts.
• Perfect part-time for those looking for a little extra cash.
• Not certified yet? No problem we run courses!
• Competitive pay up to $17.
• Growth potential.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 15 years old
• Able to 
• Swim 200 yards without stopping
• Retrieve 10lb diving brick from a depth no shallow than 7ft
• Tread water for 2 minutes without using your arms or hands
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the public
• Availability to work variable schedule, which will include early and late hours, weekends, and holidays

Wage offer: $12-$17/hour depends on experience
