What you need to create an account: 

• Email – An email that is accessible and was not already used to create another Manpower Account. The email you sign up with will be used as your username. 
• Basic Information – You will also be asked to provide your first and last name, and phone number to get your account created. 

Now that you are ready, go to "Sign In/Up" on the main menu and choose "SIGN UP NOW." Follow the prompts. After confirming that the email is not already in use, a verification will be sent to the email address you provided. Once the verification code has been confirmed, you will then be asked to create a password.
