T.E.A.M. Training – Fun is Serious Business

Sponsored by the Department of Parks and Recreation, Teen Entrepreneurial Amusement Management (T.E.A.M.) provides Arlington County residents with low-cost amusement rentals for parties while as the same time empowering local teens by developing leadership and business skills. Run by teens, the T.E.A.M. program benefits two groups:

• Customers get a wide range of amusement activities for parties and events, including moon bounces, face painters, balloon artists, DJs and equipment rental.
• Teens get an opportunity to operate a small business, provide customer service and build professional skills.

Jobs Include:

Face painter, balloon artist, attendant, and machinery operator.- 40hrs training provided and require prior to employment.

MINIMUM AGE 14

Fun is serious business and this program will teach your teen how to run it! We will teach aspects of operating a small amusement rental business. Participants receive hands on training. Upon completion, participants are eligible for employment, helping to run our business with the Department of Recreation.
