Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? Washington Golf and Country Club is looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to elevate our dining experience to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and exceptional member satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and assist with ordering supplies.
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in a country club or upscale dining establishment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations.

Pay range starting from $20.00 per hour.
