Job description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. The duties of an administrative assistant include providing support to administrators and assisting with daily office needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide office support as needed
  • Maintain HIPAA
  • Recruitment of HHAs, PCAs, CNAs, and any position that the Administrator requires.
  • Assist to employment and services fair.
  • Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

 

Qualifications

  • High school, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

 

The rate offered is $18/hr
