Academic Coach

The Academic Coach supports undergraduate and graduate students in achieving their academic goals through one-on-one academic coaching. The position works with students on an individual basis to strengthen academic skills and develop strategies for overcoming academic obstacles. Key responsibility centers on delivering academic coaching for students on academic probation, delivering short term intensive academic coaching support, or coaching for students proactively seeking academic support.

 

The Academic Coach collaborates with the academic coaching team and campus partners to develop and implement academic coaching programs and creates data-driven academic coaching services to support retention, student success rates, and graduation efforts.
