U.S. Army M1 Armor Crewman

Enlist as a soldier into the United States Army and become an M1 armor crewman who leads, supervises, or serves as a member of M1 armor unit in offensive and defensive combat operations. This is NOT a civilian contractor position.  No experience necessary.  Position is entry level.

JOB DUTIES

• Work as part of a team to operate tanks and assault vehicles and fire weapons to destroy enemy positions.

PAID TRAINING

• 10 weeks of Basic Training.
• 5 weeks of Technical School with on-the-job instructions.

ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Between 17-34 years old.
• No felonies. (Defer Adjudication included).
• Current High School Senior, High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Permanent resident or US citizen.
• Meet physical standards based on gender and age.
• Pass the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test.
