2001 Clarendon Blvd. community is looking for a part-time Leasing Consultant to work up to 29 hours per week. Must have a flexible schedule to work weekdays and weekends. Must have excellent sales and closing, customer service and administrative skills.
The Leasing Consultant is the property's sales representative whose primary duty is to greet prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of their assigned property and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. These objectives should be accomplished through a distinguished level of service that stands out among our competition. Personalized attention to each customer will require time spent in identifying the customers’ specific needs and exceptional listening skills. A Leasing Consultant is service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community. The Leasing Consultant will contact a person of authority should any situation warrant an action or decision not included in his or her duties and responsibilities.
