Job Description
Position Title: Assistant Market Manager – FTT Employee Location: Hybrid, All Markets Rate: $30/hour
General Description: The Assistant Market Manager supports the overall management and operation of a weekly open-air farmers market, taking over Market Manager duties when the Market Manager is unavailable. This role requires a reliable individual who can work well with others, handle all types of customer-related issues, and be agile with last-minute changes. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new social media skills to enhance all our markets’ online presence while maintaining a grassroots community vibe. This person will also fill in for Market Managers as needed and work on our newsletter, photography, and social media accounts. A self-starter who is creative and looking to be a part of a community network is essential.
