Receptionist

$14 - $17/hour based on interview, experience, and skills verification

Front office personnel are the first contact for new customers. They create a cordial and welcoming atmosphere for all PSC employees and the general public who have business with PSC. In a typical day they receive incoming phone calls and process requests for services, help walk-in customers with small purchases, and perform testing of water samples. They are also responsible for various clerical duties which include document filing, ordering of office supplies, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to converse, read, and write legibly in the English language.
  • Must have a pleasant speaking voice and a pleasant phone manner.
  • Must be able to use software programs used within our company. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
