Marketing/Referral Specialist (Own vehicle is a must)

HIRING- MARKETING/REFERRAL SPECIALIST.

We are actively hiring highly motivated and energetic marketing specialists who have a passion for people´s health. To carry out this role, the Referral Marketing Specialist needs exemplary interpersonal skills to build a rapport with contacts.

We’re looking for:

-MARKETING/REFERRAL SPECIALIST (full time, part time or as needed, salary and WOW ( way of working ) would be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting, qualifying, and generating referrals from our existing customer base.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating phone communications and conducting follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Reach out to our customers who have shown a high level of interest in our Home Health/Skilled Nursing Services.
• Responsible for data entry and the integrity of customer data.
• Referral Marketing Specialists must be organized and can handle multiple calls.
• Clearly communicate our services description and accurately record qualifying questions.

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable vehicle insured, registered and in good working condition.
• A current license in VA.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in sales in a health care setting, preferably in the homecare or skilled nursing setting.
• Must have a criminal background check and other required checks.
• Customer service, selling, negotiating and influencing skills.
