U.S. Army Signal Intelligence Analyst

Enlist as a soldier into the United States Army and become a Signals Intelligence Analyst who supervises and performs analysis and reporting of intercepted foreign communications and non-communications at all echelons. Assists in the collection management process. Produces combat, strategic, and tactical intelligence reports. This is NOT a civilian contractor position.  No experience necessary.  Position is entry level.

JOB DUTIES

• Examine and analyze foreign communications and activity to find intelligence.
• Place, camouflage, and recover surveillance equipment and identify, track, and analyze a target’s operational patterns to assist leaders to formulate an attack plan. View yourself as a detective as you collect intelligence to help determine what the enemy is doing.

SALARY

• $21,276 - $30,036 yearly salary + cost of living stipend based on residence ZIP code at entry level
• salary increases up to $100,000 + cost of living stipend

PAID TRAINING

• 10 weeks of Basic Training.
• 24 weeks of Technical School with on-the-job instructions.

ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Between 17-34 years old.
• No felonies. (Defer Adjudication included).
• Current High School Senior, High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Permanent resident or US citizen.
• Meet physical standards based on gender and age.
• Pass the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test.
