Full-Time and Part-Time positions are currently available.

You will be a great fit if you: 
  • Have a passion for early childhood education
  • Are reliable and dependable to a fault - our children depend on you! 
  • Are fun, engaging, patient and flexible
What you have:
  • Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Childcare experience is a plus
  • Minumum of six (6) months experience in a licensed childcare facility
  • Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program
  • Successful background check and VA licensing standards required 
What you will do:
  • Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children 
  • Assist in managing your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep 
  • Keep your classroom organized and clean 
  • Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for engaging activities
  • Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations
