The ideal candidate enjoys working with children as they inquire about the world and explore their curiosities. Key Responsibilities:
To assist the teacher when needed with watching children.
To maintain good communication with parents and to make each parent feel at ease at the preschool.
To promote positive behavior and good social skills with the children by applying consistent techniques in accordance with licensing standards.
To interact with the children and encourage them in their activities during the day.
To develop a cooperative and supportive attitude within the school.
