Appian Consultant

Deft Consulting is looking for an Appian Consultant to assist in Appian software implementations. Appian Consultants leverage Appian’s industry leading Intelligent Business Process Management platform to automate business workflows and increase efficiency for new and existing business processes. Additionally, Appian Consultants focus on prevailing Agile methodologies to ensure unmatched speed to delivery on one of the industry’s most innovative platforms.

Required:

• 1-3 years of experience with Appian
• 1+ years of experience in technology consulting
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Experience throughout the software development life cycle
• Strong Appian development skills
• Strong individual contributor
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of ability to work independently, meeting deadlines and expectations while communicating risks or blockers appropriately
• Clear communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients
• Demonstrates professionalism at all times

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile implementations (Scrum)
• BS in Computer Science or related field

• Interface with clients to understand and interpret their business needs
