Roots ‘n Shoots is a small, woman-owned microgreens grower in Arlington. We work in the most sustainable manner possible, avoiding wasteful packaging and other materials, using low energy lights and minimal water.
Position available: Grow Room Help
Grow Room Help:
At Roots ‘n Shoots indoor grow room we currently have high school students come after school and on the weekend for a few hours each week. We are within walking distance of Wakefield High School. New hires start out learning how the grow room works, cleaning, and restocking. Then they learn how to plant and harvest microgreens.
Most people stay with us until they graduate and we love that!
Pay starts at $10 during training with incremental raises based on work quality.
