- Valid Food Handlers Certificate
- Knowledge of NSLP and FFVP school programs
- Receiving and approving all meals and milk deliveries
- Completing Production Sheets
- Measuring and registering the temperatures on different times of the day
- Setting up the stations and lines for breakfast, FFVP and lunch
- Maintaining server compliance ( i.e. temperature logs, production records, meal counts
- Collaborating with school staff in the execution of the mal service programs
- Compliance training 
- Cleaning and serving Salad Bar
- Will be serving already portioned and individualized meals
- Hours 1.30pm to 5.30pm
